Innovation Lab

The entire process of building and operating the Innovation Lab is extremely effort centric with intellectual abilities, higher amount of budget and resources are required. In order to ascertain the right utilisation and required adequacy, it is required have tangible measurement at gross level. These can be articulate in governance council, after initial 1 months of engagement and progress assessment. Not limited to the followings, here is an indicative list of quantifications:

  • Continued active participation of students - 60%, to remain relevant and focused.
  • Selected minimal 5 areas, where minimal working prototype are feasible for 40%,
  • Provisioned adequate infrastructure in Lab to operate, validated by GC.
  • Guest Lecturer visits: minimal 6 in Year,
  • Campus event - quarterly one to demonstrate and present concept.
  • One innovation towards the IPR filling.
  • Adherence of event scheduler upto 90% by consultant.
